I had a voice message from a very nice lady who had a concern about the order I placed yesterday. My order was to be delivered to a friend in a tiny town with only one florist, and that florist didn’t have the Picket Fence design I had selected. Since the Customer Service representative got my voice mail and since time was running out for Easter delivery, she asked the florist to deliver a spring floral arrangement instead. Just want to thank you for taking care of this for me. This why I always use McShan!

Thank you Mr. McShan. Your service and product are superb! I’ve had an account with McShan Florist for many years but I also haven’t ordered any flowers arrangements in awhile, until this month. Yet, the quality, customer service and affordability have remained far above the rest!!! I recently received a birthday bouquet from McShan that I ordered for myself because I deserve it. And that arrangement brightened my day! It could have easily been mistaken for a $100 arrangement and it was only $40!!!  Thank you Mr. McShan for all you and your family do.   Thank you for the care and attention that was given to this order. The arrangement was delivered today around noon, even though I didn't order it until late last night! She loves it, and complimented its beauty over and over again as we talked  on the phone this afternoon. I've ordered from Mc Shan for years when we lived in Dallas and was never disappointed. It's important to "know" a florist you can always count on to do a good job, especially when making the arrangements from out of town.
