Will my order be delivered today?
All orders taken by 2 o'clock are delivered on the same day; If your order is required to be delivered at a certain time, it must be received in our shop a MINIMUM of 3 hours prior to the required time. Please state required time so that we can meet your expectations.

Downtown destinations must be received by Noon for same-day delivery.

After-Hours Policy: Before 8:30 am. or after 5:00 pm, or on Sundays, delivery must be approved and will incur a $25 charge.

Where do you deliver and how much is your delivery fee?
Citywide deliveries are made for a $8.50 delivery charge within Addison, Balch Springs, Cockrell Hill, Dallas, Garland, Highland Park, Mesquite, Pleasant Grove, Richardson, Sunnyvale and University Park, Allen, Arlington, Carrollton, Cedar Hill, DeSoto, DFW-Irving, Duncanville, Flower Mound, Frisco, Glen Heights, Grand Prairie, Grapevine, Heath, Hutchins, Lancaster, Lewisville, Lucas, Murphy, Ovilla, Parker, Plano, Red Oak, Rockwall, Rowlett, Sachse, Seagoville, Wilmer and Wylie.

Our fleet of vans run on clean-burning, CNG fuel, an efficient and environmentally-friendlier fuel than gasoline.

What if I need to change my order or inquire about its delivery?
At McShan Florist, we find that a simple request. Each and every order is tracked from the moment it is taken, through its production process and into delivery. We always know where your order is, and we can even send you a personal e-mail confirming its arrival!
